In the picture below we can see the 4 locations of the 4 stones we need to pick up and use on 4 pedestals to open the door of Hade's room and get the treasure. This side quest can be played only once per character per difficulty level so the rewards can be acquired only once.
In the picture we see the stone locations in the right order. No.1 is the location of the Frost Stone which is the first one we can get when playing through the campaign. On the picture we can see the exact spots where the stones can be picked up from after killing 4 enemies that keep them safe.
